"Whoo-hoo!!!!", BP loved riding in the car. Their first overnight stop was going to be
near Clinch Mountain Lookout in Tennessee at
Krystal's Clinch Mountain Cabins. Missy & Stu really enjoyed their restaurant and
had wanted to stay at their cabins. They had chosen
"Noelle's Wedding Nook",
and all of them were looking forward to the stay.
The cabin was cute with just enough room for all of them. It was neat to sit outside on the tiny balcony out the back.
Supper was eaten in the restaurant, which is famous for their Vinegar Pie. A favorite of Missy's because it reminded her of her grandmother's pie. In fact, the pie was the main reason Stu and Missy had visited the restaurant several years ago. Yummy!! BP enjoyed tasting it!
The rest of the evening passed quietly, and everyone settled down for a needed rest. Around 5 am, BP awoke to some strange sounds outside the cabin. She slid out of bed and ran over to the window. She could see flashing lights near the Overlook! Oh My! What was happening?
