BP, CB, and Belle

Welcome to our home at the North Pole! We know it's been a long trip up north for you, but we have hot apple cider and some warm chocolate chip, cinnamon cookies waiting for you. First, let's remove those snowy, wet clothes and get you into something warmer! Oh, by the way, don't worry about our friend, Belle. She is an honorary bear and loves to meet new folks.

Of course, you know we are really busy this time of year! All the elves are scurrying around, so we will do our best not to get in their way. We do work all year long, so we are just putting the final touches on everything, and checking our list twice to make sure we have all the goodies ready for Santa to take to the children of the world.

Not many people know that bears are Santa's elves. Most folks believe that bears hibernate in the winter which is why they don't see the bears. Actually, bears do go into their caves in the fall, but they don't stay there. A bear who has gained the honor of being one of Santa's elves gathers his or her bear feather and flies far north until the North Pole is reached. The North Pole is the entrance to Santa's home deep under the ice.

Magic obscures the entrance, of course, from normal vision. Only the pure and innocent perceive there is more than just ice and and snow. Nestled deep within the ice is Santa's home and workshop. What many don't know is that Santa also has a home in Lexington, KY! It is a minature of the North Pole home, and this is where we typically take visitors who would like to tour his home. Through bear feather technology, Santa and Mrs. Claus are able to move swiftly between the two abodes.
