Honeymoon Bears

 

 

Salsa-Cheddar Dip with Chips
   We have enjoyed this snack many times, especially on a hot day when we don't want to heat up the kitchen. It's really good if you make your own chips.
   
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Salsa, mild, medium, or hot depending on taste
2 cups Corn Chips, any kind

 
  • Put the cheese and the salsa in a microwave safe bowl
  • Place the bowl in the microwave on HIGH for at least one minute
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly and return to the microwave for one minute
  • Continue the steps until the mixture is creamy and smooth, cooking time will depend on your microwave
  • Serve in a pretty bowl surrounded by the corn chips
