The next morning the girls woke up and ran outside to see if anything had changed after the storm. The sky was a beautiful shade of blue. The sea was very calm, and the sand held pockets of water.

BP and CB played for a while on the beach, then went upstairs for breakfast. After breakfast, the girls joined Missy in the living. “What’s that?” asked BP. She was watching Missy sewing on some cute fabric. “What are you making?” “I’m making both of you some bearkinis,” Missy told them. “I’ve finished CB’s and now I’m working on yours.” She helped CB try on her bearkini.

CB loved her new outfit and ran to get a bear feather to wear with it. “Whoa! You look soooooo cute!,” BP told her.

BP sat watching Missy finish BP’s outfit. “Oh, that is so pretty!” said BP. “I can’t wait to try it on! Soon she was trying on her new bearkini! “Let’s go out and get some sun, CB,” said BP. The girls grabbed their towels, parasol, and some other things and went down to the beach.

The girls spent the next few hours lounging on the beach, splashing in the water, and playing in the sand.

That evening everyone dressed up and went to Southport to a seafood restaurant. BP loved the deep chocolate cake with white chocolate icing, and CB almost purred as she dug deeply into the cinnamon swirl sundae. The rest of the family enjoyed their dinners also.
Afterwards, the family took turns taking pictures at the water’s edge in the nearby park. Even the birds lined up to have their picture took.

The days left at the beach simply flew, and the girls soon were packing to leave. “We have a surprise for both of you!” Missy told them. “On the way home, we will be stopping for a couple of days in Gatlinburg.” The girls started packing in earnest. “I was getting sad about having to leave, but going to Gatlinburg is cool,” BP exclaimed. “Weeee!”, yelled CB. They had fun the next few days, lounging with Stu and Missy in the Gatlinburg cabin. Each evening, they enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset over the mountains. They even found a fairy circle!
Of course, they would soon be heading back home, but both girls agreed that the trip had been wonderful!
